Avoiding Antibiotics Workshop at the Whiffletree Manor House
Most people are aware of how much antibiotics can disrupt the body’s natural flora and cause health problems over time, but when a nasty infection comes along, antibiotics often seem like the only choice. What if there was a better way? Come and join Erin O’Donnell, BSN, local author and former registered nurse, for Avoiding Antibiotics to learn the fundamentals of supporting immunity as well as what to do when a sinus infection or UTI hits or when your toddler has an ear infection or pink eye. As a mom of three (fourth on the way!) Erin can give you lots of tools that are not only effective, but also practical and affordable enough for a busy parent or someone working full time. You will also make and bring home a bottle of thyme oxymel – Erin’s go-to treatment for respiratory issues and almost everything else.
There are three sessions of this class/workshop to choose from, for the morning sessions, there is on-site babysitting available for those who need it – just let Erin know at FullyAliveFamilies@proton.me .
